Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DMARC Moon ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

DMARC Moon is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• DMARC, SPF, and DKIM monitoring and reporting
• Email authentication analysis and insights
• Domain security monitoring tools
• Blacklist monitoring services
• Email deliverability optimization tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans including Free, Starter, Professional, and Custom plans. Each plan has specific features and limitations as described on our pricing page.

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for paid subscription plans:

• 7-day trial: Available without a credit card. Simply sign up and start using DMARC Moon immediately.
• 14-day trial: Available when you verify your account with a credit card. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically expire unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you provided a credit card, you will be charged for the selected plan only after the trial ends and only if you choose to continue.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DMARC Moon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data and information uploaded to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process DMARC reports, DNS records, and related email authentication data to provide our monitoring and analysis services. All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance with minimal disruption
• Update features and functionality without notice
• Suspend access for maintenance or security purposes

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Professional and Custom plans, we commit to:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Priority support response times
• Regular backup of your data
• Service credits for downtime exceeding our SLA commitment

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMARCMOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMARC Moon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DMARC Moon is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

API Usage Terms

If you use our API services (Professional and Custom plans), you additionally agree to:

• Respect rate limits and usage quotas
• Use secure authentication methods
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the API
• Maintain the confidentiality of API credentials
• Comply with API-specific documentation and guidelines

Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DMARC Moon regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
